View amazing rock formations and even our local winged cave dwellers. It is a former commercial cave that has not been open to the public for almost 100 years! There are no lights inside the cavern and the only thing that remains is a once used rugged 1800’s pathway.

Standing on Cave Hill today and viewing the serene landscape and bountiful farmland surrounding it, it is difficult to imagine that during a two day period in 1862, over 3,000 men lost their lives within a 5 mile range of this cave.
